From Barcelona to Warsaw: a great honour to speak at the 16th Dentsply Sirona Implants Congress! 🇵🇱
On October 22–23, 2026, colleagues from across the dental world came together at the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel. I had the privilege of giving a keynote on a topic that is close to my heart: "The Business Side of Orthodontics."
We spend years perfecting our clinical skills. But a thriving practice takes more than excellent treatment results. It also needs clear processes, a motivated team, smart digital workflows and the ability to communicate value to our patients. Sharing my experience from my own orthodontic practice in Berlin with a dental audience showed once again how much our disciplines have in common.
A heartfelt thank you to the Dentsply Sirona team in Poland, and especially to Aleksandra Dostojewska, for the kind invitation and the outstanding organisation.
